At Finisterre Official Store, we stand by the quality of our apparel; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

Ship the Parcel

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
